Payment

Payment may be made by cheque, cash or credit/debit card. Cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, and all UK debit cards.

Please note that we do not accept American Express cards.

Standard Check-in Time: 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Standard Check-out Time: by 10.30 a.m.

All bookings that are made within 3 days of arrival are to be settled when booked and are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Bookings that are made more than 3 days ahead of the arrival date usually require a reservation fee of approximately 20% to secure the room(s).

All bookings cancelled by 12 noon, 3 days before arrival, will not be charged. It is advisable to telephone to check that any cancellation instructions have been received if sent via email.

We regret that we cannot accept dogs.
